100 FREE tips to get rid of fat forever! TIP #18 KEEPING LOGS

                                                              100 TIPS IN 100 DAYS
                                                             TIP #18 KEEPING LOGS

There are a few different types of logs that you should be keeping to ensure your success.  For one thing,  you should have your exercise routine written out for where you have easy access to it.  This can be on your computer, or a large desk calender.  And everyday that you accomplish it, you should highlight it, check it off, put a star next to it, or some type of indication that you have achieved this daily goal.  If you slip off of your exercise routine for a long time, I would start over from day one. (remember, you are suppose to be doing a little extra each day, pumping it up a little more so there is no plateau, if you get away from your routine for too long, you might find it too much of a challenge to get back in the swing of things and give up - if you find it easy to get back in the swing, then keep going at it, don't regress if you don't have to)

It is better to have a daily routine as well, so have a daily action plan.  Decide what you are going to be doing for the day, and write it all out.  Your routine can change from day to day according to what your schedule is, but write out a daily action plan each day.  Those who wake up in the morning, think about what needs to be done, decide what they have to do, and write it down on a piece of paper (called an action plan) are more likely to succeed.  Remember to put this paper somewhere where you can look at it frequently, and when one of your actions is done, cross it off the list and be proud of yourself for your accomplishment.

An action plan could go like this

1. Do exercise routine for atleast 1 hour
2. Add fruits and vegetables to every meal
3. Read affirmations
4. Read goals
5. Visualise for 30 minutes
6. Meditate for 30 minutes

and so on .... you can even add in there the erronds that you need to get done for the day to better plan out your day.  You don't need to do them in order, but keep looking at your list so you don't forget what needs to be done, remember to cross it off when you have done it as well.

Another log is the affirmations log that we talked about.  Another log is your goals that we talked about.  You even want to keep a log of everything you ate that day, or plan out what your meals are going to be.  This all may seem like a lot of work, but once you get use to eating a certain way and living a certain way, you may find that you don't need to keep logs on everything.  This will get easier with time.

Also keep a folder, portfolio, computer file, or what have you, with photos of people that have a body type that you want.  Remember that it is important NOT to feel bad when you look at these photos.  You have to feel good, you have to feel like that is your body and your reward for doing all this work.  If you feel jealousy or resentment, or a feeling that you can't have that, or even a feeling of "I wish I could have that" you are going in the opposite direction.  This will either keep you your same size or it could even make you gain weight!  You want to feel good, empowered, proud of yourself, and you want to feel like you are not only worthy of accomplishing your goals, but more than capable.  Feel like that is your body as a reward for your efforts, and not a body that you wish to have or that you hope to have soon.

All of these logs are to keep you on track and going in the right direction.  They shouldn't feel like work, you should be happy to look at your progress, they should make you feel good and empowered.  Make sure to always feel this way, and document your plans and your accomplishments.  Have seperate notebooks for each one, and put them all somewhere that is easy to access, start your day out by looking at each one.

You can choose not to do this, but you should make getting in shape your main priority right now.  There is nothing better in life then to feel good, and if you don't feel good because your body isn't where you want it to be, then right now, there is nothing more important than getting your body in the shape you want it to be in.  You'll find it easier to do EVERYTHING else in your life once your body is in order, and if it continues to stay out of order, you will find EVERYTHING a lot harder then it has to be.  Make this priority right now, change your body and change your life.

So, TIP #18, keep a log of your daily exercise plan and make sure to highlight it or give some type of emphasis to it when you finish it, you should be proud.  Keep a log of your daily meals, what you plan to eat and what you actually ate, don't cheat or lie, this is for you so be honest.  Keep a log of affirmations and read them daily, add to them when you feel the need to.  Keep a log of short term and long term goals, read them daily and you can even add or change these when you feel you want to go in a different direction.  You have the right to change your mind.  Make a daily action plan so that you can stay on track each and everyday.  Keep a file with photos of people who have a body type that you want, look at it daily, feel as though that is you and that is your reward for your efforts, and keep it somewhere where you can access it easily.  Keep these daily logs until they become second nature and you'll be burning fat automatically before you know it.
