Positive, happy thoughts release endorphins, which we all know reduce stress and pain, making it easier to exerise, giving you more energy and making you feel more alive.  This actually burns fat, where as stress adds unwanted fat to your body.  The more you practice positive feelings about yourself and the world around you, the easier it is to be happier and get rid of that fat forever. 

The more negative you are about the way you look, your body, your health, your energy, and even the people, places, circumstances, and things around you, the more weight you gain, the more drained you feel, and the more diseases you are prone to.

When you feel good about your circumstances, your body, the people in your lives and the people around you, you will get more good circumstances, good health, and good people that come into your life.  The weight will start to fall right off when you are positive and it will pack right back on when you are negative.

So, TIP #2 - Stop your complaining, stop being so down on yourself and negative about your situation.  You will get there, but you must start being positive about it, AND practice your positvity daily with starting to feel and talk good about the entire world around you!
