When you feel good, obviously you are releasing endorphins which will help you get in shape, but when you feel good because you are being pampered, you feel better about yourself.  You feel beautfiul, and comfortable in your skin.  This will also help you with the new mental image you are trying to get of yourself. 

If you can get facials, messages, get your hair done or your makeup done, peticure or manicure, anything that makes you feel good, do it.  If you're not able to do those things, you could just get some candles and bath fizzies or salts and relax.  You need relaxation, and you need to either be pampered or pamper yourself every now and then (or everyday if you can, there's nothing wrong with that) to make you feel good about yourself.  It is important to feel good about yourself, be comfortable in your skin, feel beautiful and worthy, and this is one way to do that.

So, TIP #11, Take some "you time".  Go get yourself pampered or stay at home and pamper yourself, but start treating yourself and your body like the queen it is and you'll be on your way to burning fat in not time! ;)
