                 Calories aren't exactly what you should be counting to get rid of fat and eat healthier. What you should focus on instead is ingredients and portion size.  You want to eat THEE most natural foods possible.  The chemicals that we place in food are actually what causes us to gain unwanted weight, receive toxins in our bodies, and even gain cellulite, and not so much the calories.  No one knows for absolute certain exactly what causes cellulite, but research shows that it is more provable that cellulite is toxins stuck inside of fat that have risen to the surface of the skin.  And these toxins in your body are caused mostly from the things you put in it.  Pollutants in the air, shampoos, soaps, cleaning supplies, and so on can also add to the toxins in your body, but what you eat makes the most difference.

                  If you check the ingredients in most foods, you would be suprised to find out how many chemicals are in the foods you thought were natural.  Another thing you should be checking for is portion size.  Ball up your fist and look at it.  This should be the size of your stomach.  Some people eat and eat even after they are stuffed. Doing this day in and day out can stretch your stomach to the max, but the size of your balled fist is the normal size that it should be.  You should only be taking in amounts of food this size, at one time. You should also wait 3 to 4 hours before eating again, and of course drink plenty of water.

So, TIP #4 is forget the calories and instead, eat as much, or if you can, eat only natural foods that do not contain chemicals, drink plenty of water and do not eat portion sizes larger than your balled fist in a meal, making sure that you wait atleast 3 to 4 hours before eating again.
