This may seem to be a strange concept, especially since everywhere you look you see "lose weight now" "lose 10 pounds this week" and so on.  But your subconcious mind has A LOT to do with what type of shape your body is in (this will be explained more in later tips to come) because your subconcious mind controls your actions and outcomes, so when you say "lose weight" you are telling your subconcious mind to look for it, since the subconcious mind looks for things that are lost. And you can be certain it will always find it again, causing all of your efforts to go to waste.  That is unless you know the right things to say and the right ways to think.

This may seem a bit confusing but it is true, and it will all become less confusing as you learn and practice the tips I will be unfolding for you.  Focus more on what type of shape you want your body to be in, and start saying you are getting rid of fat, or releasing weight, burning fat, diminishing your weight, and so on.  There is a lot more complexity to this, and simply using this concept will not transform your body automatically, but it is definetly a starting point and a crucial, vital part of your transformation that must be practiced. More will be explained in tips to come so keep checking in and subscribe!

So, tip #1 Start with focusing on what you want your body to look like and burn that fat, get rid of it, release it, diminish it, dwindle it away, melt it off, give it away, but NEVER lose it.  You want it gone forever!
